Russia, India to sign 5th generation plane draft design project.

NEW DELHI, March 12 (Itar-Tass) - Russia and India will sign a
contract for the draft design of the 5th generation plane within the next
few months, director of the Sukhoi corporation Mikhail Pogosyan said on
Friday.

"We're now in the process of talks; they're due to end in the near
future; and then we'll sign a contract for the draft design of this
plane," Pogosyan said noting that such large projects require much time.
This contract has not been signed during the on-going visit to India
by Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, he added.
