NEW DELHI, March 12 (Itar-Tass) -- Russian Prime Minister Vladimir
Putin has had detailed negotiations in India, Indian Prime Minister
Manmohan Singh told a Friday press conference.

"We have completed detailed negotiations on bilateral and global

"Bilateral relations grow day after day," he said. The sides are
actively cooperating in defense, science, space exploration, technologies

The premier described Putin as "the architect of strategic partnership
between India and Russia" and said, "Relations with Russia are strategic
to my country; Russia is a reliable and strategic partner. The New Delhi
