BEIJING, March 12 (Itar-Tass) -- Moscow and Beijing affirm the
importance of a collective approach to the resolution of the Iranian
nuclear problem, Russian First Deputy Foreign Minister Andrei Denisov said
on Friday.

"China and Russia believe it necessary to develop a collective policy
on Iran, with due account of the positions of the sextet member countries.
That is the most important. Any nuances in the position of certain sextet
members are secondary, as unity is the common priority," he said.
"It is also necessary to closely coordinate our approaches and to
develop a common stance" at the six-nation negotiations on
denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula, he said.
