Russia helps India in realization of Indian manned space program.

KOROLYOV, March 18 (Itar-Tass) -- Russia will help India in the
realization of its manned space program. At present, an agreement is being drafted that envisages that the Russian space corporation "Energia" is to build a manned spaceship " Soyuz" provided with a special compartment that will include Indian-made space apparatuses.

The launching of the Soyuz has been scheduled for 2013. The
spaceship will be launched into space with a Russian chief pilot and two
Indian cosmonauts on board. The program of the space flight envisages no
docking with the ISS, a source from "Energia" corporation said.
The launching of an Indian-made spaceship has been scheduled for
2015. Russia is to provide separate elements of vitally important systems
which will be integrated into the systems on board by Indian experts, the
source said.
