RF entrepreneurs to meet Putin at innovation forum Tue.

MOSCOW, March 23 (Itar-Tass) - Prime Minister Vladimir Putin will take
part in an Innovation Forum of small and medium-sized businesses. The
motto of the forum is "Competing for Future Now".
The press service of the Russian government announced, "It is expected
that in the process of discussion those present will consider the topical
problems concerning the development of small and medium entrepreneurship
and support for innovations, formulate, on the strength of the discussion
results, orientations for a strategy for the development of small and
medium-sized entrepreneurship, and determine basic priorities for Russia's
innovations policy".
The forum will also involve First Vice-Premier Igor Shuvalov, Minister
of Education and Science Andrei Fursenko, Minister of Industry and Trade
Viktor Khristenko, officials of relevant ministries and agencies, members
of the Russian Academy of Sciences, businessmen from 80 regions of Russia,
the leaders of 123 sectoral unions, representatives of industrial circles,
international organizations, and foreign companies.
