KOTO Saigon Training Centre
HCM City (VNA) – KOTO Saigon Training Centre, which serves street and
disadvantaged youth from the central and southern provinces, has opened in HCM City.
Attending the opening ceremony on March 23 in District 7 were Graeme Swift, the
consul general of Australia, and representatives of the HCM City administration
and the local business and non-government communities.
KOTO (Know One, Teach One) is a non-profit hospitality training organisation that
has trained over 300 street and disadvantaged Vietnamese youth in Hanoi over the
