EARTHQUAKE JOLTS BAUBAU, SOUTHEAST SULAWESI
Jakarta, March 29 (ANTARA) - An earthquake measuring 5.2 on the Richter scale jolted Baubau, Southeast Sulawesi, on Monday, at 4.13 am Western Indonesian Standard Time (WIB).
The quake's epicenter was located 5.54 degrees southern latitude and 122.64 degrees eastern longitude at a depth of 10 kilometers, around 175 km southeast of Kendari, according to information of the national meteorological, climatology, and geographic agency.
The temblor did not have potential to trigger a tsunami.
