Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ Men's selected team of free-style wrestling won medals in the 15th international competition held March 26-28 in the Russian Republic of Buryatia. The competitions named after president of Buryatia brought together some 10 teams apart of Mongolia's selected one.
An international master of sports D.Tugjdorj won a silver medal in the weight category of 84 kg. Bronze medals went to P.Onorbat (66 kg), D.Tsogtbaatar (55 kg), Ch.Altantulga (96 kg), N.Zolboo (96 kg), J.Chuluunbat (120 kg). By the team results, the Mongolian team coached by Ts.Bayarsaikhan took 6th place.
Meanwhile, six wrestlers of the selected team such as B.Naranbaatar, a State Honored Sportsman, and B.Batzorig, an international master of sports, are having joint trainings in Japan under control of a coach A.Tsedensodnom.

Mongolia's selected team for ice-hockey has left for Chinese Taipei to take part in the "Challenge Cup" competitions of the International Ice Hockey Federation (IHF) to be held from March 29 to April 4.
The third Challenge Cup will be taken part by teams of the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Chinese Macau, India, Singapore, Chinese Taipei, Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Mongolia.
