Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ "Gost-Trade" company has implemented successfully a project to develop its organization and system of human resources management under auspices of the TurnAround Management & Business Advisory Services (TAM/BAS) Programs of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
Thanks to realizing the project, structure and organization of the company will be accorded with up-to-date standards, the company will get opportunities to improve its management, responsibilities, execution and quality control, operate works pursuant to a detailed regime and to promote social welfare for its staffers.
The EBRD's programs sponsored 60 per cent of total financing of the project. Dr.Ts.Tsetsegmaa, a business advisor and an executive director of the "Guideline of development" center, worked in the project as advisor and coordinator.

Contest for singing folk-songs has run in Arkhangai aimag dedicated to State Honored Artists Sh.Chogsomjav, D.Sandag-Ochir and D.Bayanjargal. The contest is organized by the aimag's Music and Drama theater named after People's Actress D.Ichinkhorloo in frames of a national program on promoting people's talents.
The contest had two stages to select gifted ones from soums and to organize a final selection among them. Ts.Boldbaatar of Khairkhan soum has has become the winner followed by N.Monkhbat (Erdenebulgan soum), O.Gansukh (Battsengel soum), and E.Dashnyam.
