Uzbek president to pay official visit to Russia on April 19-20.
TASHKENT, March 31 (Itar-Tass) - President Islam Karimov of Uzbekistan will pay an official visit to Moscow on April 19 through 20, a source in the Russian delegation attending an intergovernmental commission meeting told Itar-Tass on Wednesday.
According to the source, while in Moscow, the Uzbek president will
raise issues of trade and economic cooperation between the two countries,
as well as cooperation the area of science and technology, in the military
sphere, and humanitarian ties.
