CSTO keeps close watch on Kyrgyzstan's events.

MOSCOW, April 7 (Itar-Tass) - The Collective Security Treaty
Organization keeps a close watch on the situation in Kyrgyzstan, the
organization's spokesman, Vitaly Strugavets, told Itar-Tass on Wednesday.
"CSTO Director-General Nikolai Bordyuzha maintains regular contacts
with the republic's authorities by phone," he said.
As for the deployment of the collective rapid reaction force to ensure
law and order in the Central Asian republic Strugavets said "the force is
not designed to interfere into internal political conflicts of the CSTO
member-states."
