Kyrgyzstan appreciates Russia aid offer -- Otunbayeva.

BISHKEK, April 9 (Itar-Tass) -- Kyrgyzstan thanks Russia for its offer
of aid, Kyrgyz interim government head Roza Otunbayeva said on Friday.
The interim government's first deputy head Almazbek Atambayev left
Bishkek for Moscow on Friday for talks with Russian government members,
she said.
According to her, main points for the dialogue in Moscow are already
formulated. There are a number of problems with oil supplies and financial
issues, she said.
The interim government head particularly noted that Kyrgyz leaders and
the republic's people appreciated Russia's offered aid and support.
Russia is important for Kyrgyzstan, as many Kyrgyz labour migrants
work there, and the country always supports situation stability, she noted.
