Bodies of TU-154 plane crash victims near Smolensk delivered to Moscow.

MOSCOW, April 11 (Itar-Tass) - The first bodies of Polish officials
who died in a Tu-154 plane crash near Smolensk on Saturday morning have
arrived in Moscow.
"A helicopter of the Russian Ministry for Emergency Situations landed
at Domodedovo airport at 22:54 Moscow time. It delivered the bodies of
victims who died in the air crash near Smolensk," the Ministry's
spokesperson Irina Andrianova said.
The second helicopter of the Russian Emergencies Ministry is expected
to bring more bodies in the next few hours.
Earlier, Russian Minister of Emergency Situations said that rescue
teams and forensic experts were ready to meet the helicopters carrying the
bodies in Moscow. Everything is ready for meeting the relatives of the
dead and the people who will accompany the Polish delegation.
A Tu-154 plane of Polish President Lech Kaczynski crashed in the
outskirts of the town of Pechersk, the Smolensk region, at around 10:50
Moscow time. There were no survivors. The plane carried members of an
official Polish delegation, including the Polish president and his wife,
who were supposed to participate in a commemorative ceremony at the Katyn
memorial.
Russian President Dmitry Medvedev announced April 12 to be a day of
mourning for the Polish president in Russia.
A week of mourning has been announced in Poland.
