Interim govt to decide on Bakiyev's fate at next rally.

BISHKEK, April 13 (Itar-Tass) - A rally of President Bakiyev's
supporters is over in Dzhelal-Abad on Tuesday.
Local media reported that former governor Koshbai Masirov delivered a
speech at the rally on the Erkindik city square. He stated that a fourth
of the country's population live in the Dzhelal-Abad Region, and "we will
not permit accuse the legitimately elected president."
For his part, at the rally Bakiyev was speaking again about the need
for an international investigation into the recent events in Kyrgyzstan.
Meanwhile, acting Prosecutor General Azimbek Beknazarov said that
another rally would be held in Dzhelal-Abad on Wednesday to discuss the
fate of President Kurmanbek Bakiyev. He stated about it at a meeting with
the judges of the Supreme Court, noting that people from the whole region
will arrive for the rally.
The interim government issued a decree stripping Bakiyev of immunity
and is going to detain him, Beknazarov several a few hours before.
