President says Russia needs peaceful, authoritative America.

WASHINGTON, April 14 (Itar-Tass) - Russia stand in need of a
responsible, peaceful and authoritative America, President Dmitry Medvedev
said Tuesday in a speech at the Brookings Institution in Washington.
He recalled the words about America's need for a powerful, peaceful
and flourishing Russia that U.S. President Barack Obama said last July
while visiting the Russian School of Economics in Moscow.
"Russia also stands in need of a responsible, peaceful, authoritative,
and dynamically developing America -- the America that enjoy's the
international community's respect, builds relations with other countries
on the basis of equality, and forms the foundations of a new system of
international political and economic relations," Medvedev said.
