FAMILY VISITS DEAD BODY OF ALLEGED TERRORIST

Banda Aceh, Aceh, April 15 (ANTARA) - The body of alleged terrorist Haris also known as Enal Tao, was visited by his family in Zainoel Abidin General Hospital (RSUZA) Banda Aceh, Thursday, at 10 am local time.

The local people were enthusiastic in witnessing the alleged terrorist who was shot dead during a police ambush in Villa Aceh housing complex, Ulee Kareng, Banda Aceh, Monday (12/4).

Enal Tao's wife who was wearing a black veil accompanied by her two children were among many visitors at the hospital.

The body would be buried in Meureudu, Pidie Jaya district, some 120 km east of Banda Aceh city.

"We will burry it in Meuredu, the deceased wife's hometown," said one of the visitors.

The body was evacuated with a police ambulance under the escort of some police personnel to Meureudu, Pidie Jaya County.

Spokesman for Aceh Police Commissioner Farid AS said Enal Tao's origin was still unknown.

"We are still trying to find it. He is believed to be a foreigner, who married a Pidie Jaya woman," he stated.
