MOSCOW, April 16 (Itar-Tass) -- Russian tourists can fly back to the
homeland from China, giving back the Air China tickets and buying tickets
for an Aeroflot flight, the Aeroflot press service told Itar-Tass on
Friday in comments on the situation that emerged with the flight to Moscow
cancelled by the Chinese air company.
"The passengers can give back the Air China tickets and buy Aeroflot
tickets. Indeed, the Chinese air carrier is not responsible due to force
majeure circumstances," spokesperson for the Russian air company noted.
"The passengers will have to pay all the expenses for the stay in
Beijing," as the flight was cancelled "due to force majeure
circumstances," an official of the Chinese air company said.
