PRESIDENT ARRIVES IN BALI
Denpasar, Bali, April 18 (ANTARA) - President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono arrived here on Sunday for a working visit until Thursday.
President Yudhoyono and entourage were greeted by Bali Governor Made Mangku Pastika upon arrival at the city's Ngurah Rai Airport at 09.50 a.m.
During his stay, the president is also scheduled to inspect preparations of the venue of the 2011 ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) Summit and the 2013 APEC (Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation) Summit in Jimbaran area, Badung district.
He will also inspect the Bali International Convention Centre (BICC) in Nusa Dua.
On Monday, the president is slated to open a working meeting to be attended by governors from all over the country, ministers of the United Indonesia Cabinet II, leaders of state-owned companies and non-ministerial government agencies and other state officials.
The three-day working meeting will take place at Tampak Siring Palace.
The president's entourage includes First Lady Ani Yudhoyono, Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs Djoko Suyanto, Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Hatta Rajasa, Minister/State Secretary Sudi Silalahi, Finance Minister Sri Mulyani Indrawati, Indonesian Military (TNI) Chief General Djoko
Santoso, National Police Chief General Bambang Hendarso Danuri, and chief of the presidential advisory council Emil Salim.
