DEMPARTY FACTION MEETING HELD

Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/. Democratic party group in parliament held its regular meeting Monday to discuss some important issues. At the meeting, the Demparty group backed a draft parliament resolution on taking for special needs of some lands that are allocated for defense and security purposes. The draft resolution will be submitted for further deliberation.
The group also discussed and supported a renewed draft Law on Air, and a bill on Payment for Air Pollution and other concerned laws. Group members backed a bill to amend the law on court, a renewed draft Competition Law and a draft law on prohibiting unfair competition. The issues backed at the group meeting will be presented for further consideration of parliament.
