SCO secretary says Kyrgyzstan will attend all SCO meetings.

MINSK, April 28 (Itar-Tass) - Kyrgyzstan will be represented at each
of the forthcoming meetings of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization
(SCO), Mutabek Imanaliyev, the SCO secretary general, said on Wednesday.

So far, SCO working bodies have no close contacts with Kyrgyzstan's
interim government, but they have a commission from SCO countries to
scrutinise the current situation in this Central Asian republic, he said
and added that he had already visited Kyrgyzstan and met with its interim
government to discuss possible economic and humanitarian aid to the
republic, of which he had reported to SCO countries.
Another question was Kyrgyzstan's participation in forthcoming SCO
summit meetings. "The issue is currently being actively discussed,"
Imanaliyev said.
"I am confident Kyrgyzstan will be represented at each of the
forthcoming meetings, including a summit in Tashkent" (scheduled for June
2010), he stressed.
