Kyrgyzstan issues decree on extradition of ex-president.

BISHKEK, May 4 (Itar-Tass) - Kyrgyzstan's interim government has taken
a decision on extradition of ex-president Kurmanbek Bakiyev, the
government's press service told Itar-Tass on Tuesday.
The government signed a decree to bring Bakiyev to responsibility,
strip him of the status of ex-president and of immunity, as he "had taken
a decision to shoot civilians."
According to different sources, after Bakiyev fled Kyrgyzstan, he has
been staying in the Belarussian capital of Minsk.
