22nd batch leaves for Amarnath yatra
Jammu, Jul 10 (PTI) A fresh batch of 1,011 pilgrims left here Thursday for the Amarnath cave shrine in SouthKashmir Himalayas.
The batch, comprising 632 men, 269 women, 17 children and 93 sadhus, left from Bhagwati Nagar base camp here around0515 hours, officials said.
With Thursday's batch, as many as 46,524 pilgrims from different parts of the country have left from here so farsince the beginning of the pilgrimage on June 17.
Nearly 4.54 lakh pilgrims have paid obeisance at thecave shrine since the beginning of the yatra last month.
