KIEV, July 11 (Itar-Tass) - The fulfilment of the state programme for informing the Ukrainian public about issues of the country's Euro Atlantic integration for 2004-2007 has actually failed, head of the Ukrainian parliament's committee for European integration issues and ex-Foreign Minister Boris Tarasyuk said on Thursday.
