Russia takes part in international fair in North Korea.

PYONGYANG, May 17 (Itar-Tass) -- The 13th international spring fair
opened in the Three Revolution Exhibition in Pyongyang on Monday.

Apart from North Korean, companies from China, Germany, Russia,
Mongolia, Switzerland, Singapore, Australia, Austria, Italy, Indonesia,
Cuba, Poland, and Taiwan put on display their goods.
While addressing the opening ceremony, North Korean Deputy Minister of
Foreign Trade Ri Myong San voiced confidence that the countries
participating in the forum would reach economic progress through the
development of multilateral cooperation and technological exchanges.
In his words, the North Korean government will continue to do its best
to develop economic contacts with friendly states on the basis of the
principles of equality and mutual benefit.
Taking part in the opening ceremony were also North Korean Vice
Premier O Su Yong, Minister of Foreign Trade Ri Ryong Nam, and
representatives of the country's commercial companies.
