RF gymnastics coach forecasts strong contest in Beijing Olympics.
MOSCOW, July 13 (Itar-Tass) - Russia's head gymnastics coach IrinaViner forecasts strong competition at the Summer Olympic Games in Beijing.
She believes that competition would help many teams to show their best chances for the victory.
"The team's mood is normal. On July 16, we leave for Astana to take part in the World Cup. Its results will finalize the Olympic team," she said during the team's try-on of Olympic suits on Saturday.
"I hope that the upcoming games will be less worrisome and painful than those in Athens. Usually my intuition does not fail. In any case,some of my forecasts often come true. I feel who will win, but will keep silent," Viner said.
"To become a winner, you just have to wish your victory and work hard and we have all this in the traditions of the Russian gymnastics school," the head coach said.
