Russia to be among fastest developing economies by 2050

LONDON, July 16 (Itar-Tass) - Russia will join the list of the world five fastest developing economies by 2050, according to a recent report by American bank Goldman Sachs. The bank's experts forecast that Russia will outdo Germany, Japan, Britain, France, South Korea, Italy and Canada in terms of its economic development. Ð?ccording to Goldman Sachs, China will top the world economic ratings in the middle of the 21st century.

It will be followed by the United States, India, Brazil and Russia.

Russia ranked 11th in the world by its economic growth rates in the end of 2007.

Goldman Sachs experts note that Russia will continue confident andrapid development as one of the world's leading economic powers.
