"COLORS OF THE SOUL" PAINTINGS EXHIBITION OPENS


Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ A solo exhibition themed "Colors of the Soul" by L.Bumandorj, a director of Institute of Fine Arts, opened Wednesday in the Khan Bank's Art Gallery.
In the exhibition some 50 artworks are featured and most of them are abstract painting expressing emotions and feelings. The paintings also show the Mongolian Lifestyle in the ger districts and Mongolian nature.
Artworks under "Ger District” topics are revealing the daily lives of Mongolian households by new realistic style. In terms of color and composition, the artworks are very distinctive. In his painting of Nature, the artist has moved the center of the composition and applied multiple centers, creating space in his paintings, which make the paintings stand out from the other artworks.
The artist has applied romantic and harmonized style and sophisticated color composition in his paintings, which vividly expressing the emotions of the real world. Thus, the artist has established its position in the world of the Mongolian Abstract Art. It is amazing that the color composition of the artist's abstract artworks is not only bringing the happiness to our hearts but also is tuning the unique harmony of the soul.
L.Bumandorj is one of Mongolia's well known artists, who have opened his exhibitions in foreign countries. In addition, he is a good organizer. The exhibition will last until June 25.
