Moscow, Beijing consider easing visa restrictions: FM
BEIJING, July 21 (Itar-Tass) - Moscow and Beijing consider a possibility to make longer the list of citizens who can travel withoutvisas, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Monday.
"We are engaged in talks on an agreement that will expand the circle of people enjoying the right of visa-free trips," the top diplomat said.
This list includes "the holders of diplomatic and service passports,including representatives of business circles," he explained.
