New Lao ambassador presents credentials to Vice President of Venezuela
(KPL) Mr. Phouangkeo Langsy, on 16 July presented his credentials in Caracas to the Vice President Ramon Carrizales of the Republic of Venezuela as new Extraordinary Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Lao PDR to the Republic of Venezuela with his chancellery in Havana, Cuba.
After presentation, Vice President Ramon Carrizales congratulated the LaoAmbassador and had cordial discussion with him.
On this occasion, Ambassador Phouangkeo conveyed cordial greetings and felicitation from President Choummaly Sayasone and Vice President BounnhanVorachit to the President Hugo Chavez and people of the Venezuela.
Vice President Ramon said that the relationship between the two countries have developed, and extended his best wishes for good health and prosperityto Lao leaders and people.
Mr. Phouangkeo expressed gratitude to Vice President Ramon and pledged to do his utmost to strengthen ties between the two countries. He also informed Vice President Ramon of conditions of development in Laos and itsco-operation with international community.
