SOCAR`S DAUGHTER ENTERPRISE DEVELOPING NETWORK OF FILLING STATIONS IN GEORGIA

Baku, 24 July,(AzerTAj)SOCAR`s daughter enterprise SOCAR Energy Georgia realizes long-term plans to create a network of filling stations in Georgia.

Head of the Socar Energy Georgia Mair Mammadov said the company currently has 9 filling stations.

Oil products from Baku will constitute 80 percent of petroleum used in the filling stations with only high-octane gasoline to be imported. It will allow dramaticallyincrease SOCAR`s share in the Georgian market of oil products.

On average, SOCAR exports to Georgia 20 thousand tons of oil products a month, ofwhich gasoline`s share is 15 thousand tons.
