PRESIDENT ILHAM ALIYEV ARRIVES IN KARS, TURKEY

Baku, 25 July,(AzerTAj) - President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today arrived in Kars, Turkey to attend the groundbreaking ceremony of the Turkish section of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway.

At the airport, the President was welcomed by Kars Governor Mehmet Ufuk Erden and Mayor Naif Alibeyoglu.
