MOSCOW, July 31 (Itar-Tass) -The signing of an additional protocol on the Russian-Chinese border is important for the bilateral relations, the chief of the Russian Foreign Ministry's director of the 1st Asian Department, Vladimir Malyshev, said on Thursday after the telethon Moscow Beijing.
