SELF CHECK-IN TO AVOID CONGESTION AT AIRASIA COUNTERS

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 23 (Bernama) -- Budget carrier AirAsia Bhd Thursday
advised customers to take advantage of its self check-in options to avoid long
queues at the check-in counters during the holiday season.

In a statement, Airasia said the check-in options via web check-in
(www.airasia.com) and mobile check-in (mobile.airasia.com) are
available seven days up to four hours prior to the scheduled departure
time.

The self check-in kiosk at the airport is available 24 hours prior up to one
hour before the scheduled departure time.

"Self-check in provides guests with convenience as boarding passes could
be acquired instantly without the need to endure long queues at counters and
help for better operational efficiency and reducing costs further," it said.
