NEW AZERBAIJAN PARTY CONDUCTS POLL ON LEVEL OF COOPERATION IN GUAM COUNTRIES
Baku, 12 AUGUST,(AzerTAj)New Azerbaijan Party conducted a poll on its website on assessment of the level of GUAM countries` cooperation. 59 percent of those polled highly valued the level of cooperation.
The poll demonstrates that cooperation among the GUAM states reached a new phase. It is because the major energy projects and East-West corridor cover GUAM countries. Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil, Baku-Tbilisi-Erzurum gas pipelines, Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railroad, TRACECA and other
projects are vidence to fruitful cooperation of GUAM countries.
28 percent of the voters participated in the poll consider that current level of GUAM cooperation does not correspond to the Organization`s potential while 13 percent assess the cooperation as unsatisfactory.
