Facilities to be built for trade among Indochinese countries
Kon Tum (VNA) - Central Highland Kon Tum province has permitted the MB real estate joint stock company (MB Land, Hanoi ) to build a 900 billion VND bonded warehouse-cum-inland port in the Bo Y border economic zone, which is located at the intersection area of the three Indochinese nations.
The 30-ha project is expected to facilitate trade and investment
activities among Vietnam , Laos and Cambodia .
The project's construction items, including warehouses for imports and
exports, domestic and transit goods, and a system of warehouses for
containers, cold storage and service storage, will be completed and put into
use from now till 2015.
The project is given special priorities, including exemption of land tax
for the first 11 years and reduction of land tax from the 12 th
