MAS FLIGHTS TO BRISBANE CONTINUE AS USUAL
KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 13 (Bernama) -- Malaysia Airlines (MAS) flights to Brisbane
are not affected despite the flood that is reported to have hit the
north-eastern parts of Australia which also affected the third largest city in
the country.
In a statement to Bernama, MAS said the airline operated five flights a week for
the route.
Foreign news reports stated that the worst flood in north-eastern Australia had
left 14 people dead while more than 90 others were reported mising as the
situation in Brisbane was reported to be worsening with thousands of real estate
being threatened.
