German economic delegation to visit KR Wednesday
Baghdad (NINA) –A German economic delegation headed by the German Minister of Development and Cooperation Derrick Nieble arrived to Erbil city in Kurdistan Region Wednesday.
The German delegation will meet the President of the Region Masoud Barzani and the Prime Minister of KRG Barham Salih to discuss the political situation in Iraq as well as means of broadening Iraqi economic relations with Germany.
The Delegation will visit the Goethe Institute and the German School which were inaugurated in Erbil on last 2010.
The German Delegation has already met the President Jalal Talabani in Baghdad and discussed with him means of enhancing bilateral cooperation in addition to possibility of German Companies’ participation in rebuilding Iraq.
