UAE Foreign Minister says his country will open consulate in Kurdistan
Baghdad (NINA) – The United Arab Emirates’ Foreign Minister, Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayid al-Nahyan, said that in the next few weeks his country will open a consulate in Kurdistan region.
During his meeting with head of Kurdistan region, Massoud Barazani, on Friday, Feb. 4, Sheikh al-Nahyan said, “Flights between UAE and Kurdistan region will be increased.” He expressed his country’s desire to invest in the region’s energy, transport, tourism, agriculture and oil sectors.
