AZERI MINISTER OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT MEETS TIKA ACTING PRESIDENT

Baku, 16 AUGUST,(AzerTAj)Azerbaijan`s Minister of Economic Development Heydar Babayev met Thursday with acting president of the Turkish International Cooperation and Development Agency (TIKA) Musa Kulakl'kaya.

Babayev stressed economic relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey are rapidlydeveloping.

He highly praised TIKA`s project aimed at creating the industrial city in Azerbaijan.

Kulakl?kaya, in turn, hailed the level of cooperation between the two countries and underlined there are big prospects for enhancing the cooperation in various fields,including standardization, education, banking and health.

The sides also stressed the importance for holding business forums and exhibitionsfor expansion of ties among the businessmen.

The meeting also attended by TIKA coordinator for Azerbaijan Abubakr Celik andTurkey`s ambassador in Baku Hulusi Kilic.
