Sahwa force clashes with joint Iraqi-US force in Diyala

Baquba, Diyala (NINA) –An armed clash took place between a Sahwa force and a joint Iraqi-US force in Nahr al-Imam village of eastern Muqdadiya district in Diyala province on last Saturday night.
Security source reported to NINA “The clash took place when the joint force raided the village arresting the former Sahwa leader, Muharib Abd Yaqoub,” noting that “The clash did not result in casualties.”
