DHL Sign Contract As Offical Logistics Partner Of Manchester United

KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama) - DHL, a global express and logistics
company, has signed a three-year contract to become the official logistics
partner of Manchester United Football Club (MUFC).

DHL in a statement Friday said the contract provides the opportunity for a
wide range of integrated business-to-business and consumer marketing activities
and events across many platforms.

"This includes digital advertising perimeter boards, matchday programme,
club website and selected events at the Manchester United stadium, Old
Trafford," it said.

DHL Express Europe senior vice president sales David Wilson said the
agreement adds another world-class property to the company's wider portfolio of
global logistics partnership.

"Teaming up with a prestigious partner such as MUFC reflects our ability to
provide unparalleled logistics services for quality-focused customers across the
industry," he added.

Under the contract, DHL will undertake a range of logistics services on
behalf of MUFC over the three-year period.

In addition, the company will work with the football club's foundation,
Manchester United Foundation, in the development of a series of programmes to
improve the lives of vulnerable young people in the local communities.
