Nijaifi arrives in Damascus heading a Parliamentary delegation
Baghdad (NINA) – Speaker of Parliament, Usama al-Nijaifi, arrived on Tuesday, Feb. 22, in Damascus heading a Parliamentary delegation for a 3-day official visit to Syria.
He was received at Damascus International Airport by Speaker of Syrian Parliament, Mahmoud al-Abrash, and head of Iraqi-Syrian Brotherhood Association, Mohammed al-Fateeh.
The visit comes within the frames of consolidating parliamentary relations between the two countries' parliaments.
