Commercial Bank and Tata Consultancy Sign Outsourcing Partnership
Doha, February 24 (QNA) - Commercial Bank announced Wednesday that it has signed a Letter of Intent for a strategic outsourcing partnership with Tata Consultancy Services to set-up a regional shared services centre which will deliver integration and efficiencies for the Bank.
The new partnership will manage the IT platforms and back-office processing services and will deliver significant operational savings for Commercial bank, a statement posted at the Qatar Exchange website said.
The outsourcing partnership is in line with Commercial bank s stated strategy of driving synergies across its regional alliance to deliver operational and cost efficiencies.
The outsourcing arrangement is subject to regulatory approval from the Qatar Central Bank.
