Baku, 19 AUGUST,(AzerTAj)Azerbaijan’s largest mobile operator Azercell Telecom signed a new roaming agreement with Nepal’s Spice Nepal Private Limited operator.
This is the first ever roaming agreement with Nepal. So far Azercell has signed roaming agreements with 352 mobile companies in 142countries worldwide.
