Ad-hoc committee runs Falluja

Ramadi (NINA) – Demonstrators in Falluja formed an ad-hoc committee to run the town after the Mayor and members of the Municipal Council have submitted their resignations.
NINA's reporter said, "The ad-hoc committee is headed by Sheikh Khalid Homoud al-Jumaili, one of the town's clergymen, who was elected by the demonstrators, and Khalid al-Ani, Chairman of the ad-hoc Municipal Council."
He added, "The ad-hoc committee will accept nominations for the posts of the town's Mayor and its Municipal Council." / End.
