Qatar Charity Launches Relief Campaign for Libya
Doha, February 27 (QNA) - Qatar Charity QC launched on Sunday a relief campaign to help the victims of the ongoing violence in Libya , allocating more than 3.5 million riyals as a first installment for the purpose.
Abdullah Bin Hussein Al Nima, the deputy chairman of QC said the campaign was in response to calls from Libya in order to alleviate the suffering of the victims of the current events.
The campaign will include providing medical services, medicines, foodstuffs , temporary shelter for the injured and victims of the violence there and for expatriates or Libyans stuck on the borders of the country.
