HH the Emir's Call To Prevent Further Bloodshed in Libya Aims at Achieving Security
Riyadh, February 28 (QNA) -HE the GCC Secretary General Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al Attiyah, has underlined that the call HH the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, made upon Europe to support the rights of peoples aspiring for freedom and justice and benefitting from their economy and wealth, came in a proper time and reflected HH's personal interest and expressed HH's support to the reformal approach which constitutes a prominent milestone in Qatar's policies for several years.
HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani has launched his call during a press conference hh held in doha yesterday, Sunday, with German President President Christian Wulff.
Al-Attiyah lauded the due keenness of HH the emir to provide whatever humanitarian and medical assistance to the Libyan people, considering that this position reflects HIS Highness' care and attention on consolidating the values of solidarity and fraternity towards Libya and its people.
