Baghdad Mayor resigns

Baghdad (NINA) –Mayor of Baghdad city, Sabir al-Esawi, submitted his resignation to the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, on Thursday.
An official source from Baghdad Municipality stated to the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) “Esawi submitted his resignation to Premier, Maliki,” noting that “Premier, Maliki, did not decide about this resignation.” /End/
