Al Mahmoud Meets US Senior Advisor on Darfur
Doha, March 06 (QNA) - HE the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Ahmed bin Abdullah Al Mahmoud met today US Senior Advisor on Darfur Dane Smith.
The meeting discussed the Darfur peace process in Doha and what has been reached on the final document of the Darfur Peace as well as the Mediation's plans and efforts to help the parties concerned to create favorable conditions for a political agreement, and overcome the contentious issues of the negotiations so that the desired goal can be attained.
The meeting was attended by a number of officials of the Foreign Ministry.
