American force arrests two policemen in Maysan
Amara (NINA – American force arrested Monday dawn two policemen in their houses in Al Majar Al Kabeer district, Maysan.
Deputy Chairman of the Defense and Security Committee at the Maysan Council, Maitham
Lafta Al Fartousi, told NINA correspondent “the US force raided the policemen’s house in Al Sarai area. The force was backed up with helicopters cover. They arrested Kadhim Tu’ma and Adnan Tu’ma, one of them works in Basra, the other works in Amara.
The force confiscated $16.000, in addition to 4 million dinars, pistol, and four mobile phones.
Al Fartousi denounced the operation, considering it as a violation of the agreements reached with the federal and local governments.
